Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We offer global delivery to most countries (excluding some remote regions in Asia and other locations with logistical limitations). We provide two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Processed within 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL/FedEx within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (orders over £50): Processed within 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after dispatch

All options include full tracking capabilities.
How are products packaged for international shipping?
As cyclists ourselves, we understand the importance of receiving your gear in perfect condition. All items—from delicate derailleur hangers to aero helmets—are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they survive the journey intact. We use reinforced boxes and specialised packaging for fragile components.
