Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Norwich, UK.
  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: We do not currently ship to select remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or unforeseen circumstances.

The Returns Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Receive Your RMA: Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided using a tracked shipping service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

For size exchanges or requests for a different product:

  • The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and process your return.
  • If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference.
  • If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products, as identified from our product range:

  • Baselayers (worn next to skin)
  • Aero & TT Helmets (safety equipment)
  • Bar Tape & Grips (once unwrapped)
  • Campagnolo components (if opened from sealed packaging)
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered items
