5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt for most items. To initiate a return:

3. Wait for our customer service team to provide a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
4. Securely pack the item in its original, unused condition with all tags attached

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Baselayers (worn next to skin)
• Aero & TT Helmets (safety equipment)
• Bar Tape & Grips (once unwrapped)
• Campagnolo components (if opened from sealed packaging)
• Any personalized or custom-ordered items

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned item. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
